Why are we creating this video series?
We are producing this video series for therapists to support them in building and growing a private practice through Snapclarity. We have a number of helpful tips when it comes to using the platform and for delivering online therapy more generally. These tips will be communicated through our video series and through our HelpCentre.

What is the HelpCentre?
As you may have noticed, this video series is available in our HelpCentre. This HelpCentre also contains articles and FAQs about various aspects of the platform. It is available on the Snapclarity website and the application itself. The HelpCentre will also provide a place for you to contact the Snapclarity team about challenges and concerns. We will do our best to triage and solve any issues in a timely manner.
We collect therapist feedback!
During the earlier stages of the Snapclarity "release", Snapclarity staff will be reaching out to therapists to find out what aspects of the platform that are working well and what aspects could use improvement. Your feedback is invaluable and we will do our best to incorporate feedback that will improve therapist and client experiences.
