The monthly membership and the introductory video chat
Each client on the Snapclarity platform will pay a monthly plan. This monthly plan includes interaction time with the therapist they were matched with.
What to do during your first video chat
During your first 15-20 minute video chat with your client you will have the chance to introduce yourself, showcase your personality, and complete the verbal informed consent with clients. This conversation will provide you with the opportunity to check that clients understand all information you have provided to them.
Remember: This is your own private practice, so you can communicate your informed consent in the style you prefer; however we are here to support you in that process.
Our suggestion: The informed consent checklist
To better support therapists, Snapclarity has provided you with a checklist of potentially important things to cover during when obtaining client informed consent. This checklist is simply provided as a guide by Snapclarity.
The checklist is available in our Help Centre on the Snapclarity website and on the mobile platform itself. Some of the videos in our Snapclarity video series will walk you through various aspects of that checklist.
