- Troubleshooting Snapclarity service disruption
- Tips for improving connectivity
- Alternative interactions
- Interactions outside the Snapclarity platform
Although Snapclarity is available anytime and anywhere there is an internet connection, the platform is still susceptible to issues with internet connections. Bad internet connection can lead to low quality video chats or disruption in services. Thus therapists and clients are likely to experience disruptions in service from time to time.
Improve connectivity and troubleshooting disruptions
Therapists and clients should discuss ways that might improve connectivity. This might include considerations of internet speed, available bandwidth, and updates to one’s device. In addition, therapists can also direct clients to the HelpCentre, which provides advice about how to reduce disruptions in service.
Prepare alternative ways of interacting
Therapists and clients should also consider alternative ways of connecting during times of service disruption. For example, if service is disrupted during the middle of a video session, therapists and clients may have come to a previous agreement that they would connect over the phone in order to close the session and to plan a time to resume.
Therapist-client interactions outside of the platform
Therapeutic time spent outside of the Snapclarity platform is not reimbursed by Snapclarity, thus, therapists should keep this in mind when connecting with clients outside of the platform.
