Absolutely! The platform does not restrict the frequency of your communication with clients and it is up to you to time manage sessions with clients.
Session Frequency and Response Times
Session frequency will depend on your availability and client needs. Some clients may require daily interaction, while others may require less frequent interaction.
While you won't be scheduling therapy sessions with all of your clients on the daily, a recommended best practice is to respond within 24 hours.
We encourage therapists to discuss communication expectations with clients and discuss your day-time and emergency availability and set client expectations at the beginning.
Just like a regular brick-and-mortar, you set your own client expectations according to what works for you and how often.
