As part of your monthly membership to Snapclarity, you receive a number of services:
- access to the Snapclarity Mental Health Check-up
- a Personalized Wellness Strategy
- a 60-minute video chat with your therapist
- access to your matched therapist for a month
As soon as you pay for your monthly membership, you are provided with a receipt that indicates you paid Snapclarity for this monthly service. You will receive a receipt via email that you can submit into your private insurance company when the therapy time has actually been completed. This receipt indicates the client's name, the date the therapy was completed, and the therapist's name and registration number.
This receipt-system is a bit different for scheduled therapy appointments via voice and video chat. When signing onto the platform, you provide your credit card information. At any time you can purchase additional minutes of therapy (1-3 hours) by booking a video or voice chat with your therapist (above and beyond texting time).
You will receive a receipt right away describing that you made a purchase to Snapclarity; however, you will not receive a receipt you can submit to your insurance company until 60 minutes of purchased therapy time has actually been completed. All receipts (payments for services, and receipts indicating therapy completion) are emailed to you, the client.
