When first signing up on the Snapclarity platform, users will be asked to complete a mental health checkup. This assessment takes approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. You will be asked a series of question about your experiences, thoughts and feelings.
What will the checkup assess?
The Snapclarity checkup looks at mental health from a variety of angles. This includes a look at your overall well-being, your level of functioning on a day-to-day basis, and symptoms that may lead you to experience distress.
More specifically, the majority of the assessment explores your level of risk ("mild", "moderate" or "high") for 13 mental health concerns. These include: generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, mood disorder (or depression), attention deficient hyperactivity disorder, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger disorder, alcohol use disorder, substance use disorder, sleep disorders, and eating disorders.
