There are many reasons why you may have been rematched with a different therapist. Some of these include:
- Unresponsiveness without notice*
- Expired regulatory college or Canada-wide association registration number
- Multiple client-side complaints (leading to account suspension)
- Disregard for client subscription features
- Personal circumstances
- Account deletion
- Time off requests
*Therapists are required to respond at least once within 24 hours. If your therapist has stopped responding without notifying you first, please submit a support request.

Immediately upon therapist removal notification, the Snapclarity team will rematch you to a therapist that meets your areas of need. Due to the nature of our subscription system, each re-matching case may vary.
