With Snapclarity, you can request a rematch if you feel your therapist doesn’t meet your needs, or if their insurance coverage is looking for a particular service provider. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist you.
If Snapclarity initiates a therapist rematch, there are many reasons why this may have happened. Some of these include:
- Not responding in a timely manner, as described in the subscription
- Personal circumstances
- Account deletion
- Little or no availability
- Not following service requirements
- Not meeting Snapclarity's service or quality standards
*Therapists are required to respond at least once within 24 hours. If your therapist has stopped responding without notifying you first, please submit a support request.
